Our first mainstream structure is full-enclosure full-package design. This structure adopts an integrated all-round wrapping mode, which can completely wrap the whole product inside the pulp tray. It has excellent dustproof, anti-collision, shockproof, and anti-drop performance, and is very suitable for high-value precision products such as high-end audio equipment, precision digital gadgets, and small electronic toys. The full-wrap structure can avoid dead corners of protection in all directions, fully resist external pressure and impact, and ensure the absolute safety of products in long-distance transportation.

The second structure is independent single positioning tray design. This structure is aimed at small-sized, multi-piece, and precision scattered products such as digital accessories, electronic components, and small toy parts. The third structure is upper and lower split buckling packaging design. The split structure is convenient for factory automated packaging production and terminal product unpacking and use, and the double-layer pulp structure has stronger buffer and compression resistance, which can effectively resist stacking pressure and drop impact.

The fourth structure is left and right combined clamping packaging design. This innovative structural design is specially developed for irregular special-shaped products that cannot be adapted by conventional packaging. The left and right symmetric clamping trays can perfectly fit the special-shaped contour of products such as irregular electronic toys and special-shaped small home appliances, achieve stable limit and fixation, and solve the packaging pain point that traditional fixed-size packaging cannot fit special-shaped products.
